In modern organizations, structured data has grown exponentially, yet many business users lack the technical background to write SQL or navigate complex data warehouses. Consequently, they often depend on specialized analysts or IT teams for answers, slowing down decision-making and innovation. To address this challenge, Text-to-SQL has emerged as a powerful technique: it employs Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning to interpret plain-English requests (e.g., "Show me quarterly sales broken down by region") and automatically convert them into valid SQL statements. Going beyond simple data retrieval, such solutions often face large and highly complex databases, which require more and more detailed requests for somewhat correct results.
